Our Guarantee

Payment
 

Payment is taken securely through the UK's biggest payment gateway, SECPAY Ltd and will be debited when we have accepted your offer to purchase.

All prices are quoted in UK pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Our acceptance of your offer to purchase Goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via web or e-mail is not a guarantee of delivery. We will inform you if we are unable to deliver the Goods which you have offered to purchase and a full refund will be given.

Every effort has been made to ensure the descriptions and price of goods are correct. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event of an error in pricing or description coming to our attention. Where we notify you of such an error, you will have the option of either (i) confirming your offer to purchase subject to the corrected description or price, or (ii) retracting your offer to purchase and receiving a full refund if the Goods have been paid for.

 
  Delivery Details and Returns Policy
 
  Delivery
  All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
  We shall endeavour to deliver the Goods you have offered to purchase within 3-5 working days after we receive your offer. If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.
  Delivery and handling for orders within the United Kingdom is charged at £3.00 and is exclusive of prices on the website. In the rare event that your order is too heavy to send without a surcharge, we will contact you before taking additional payment. Such cases are extremely rare. Delivery and handling for orders outside the United Kingdom are £10. If goods are too expensive to ship outside the UK without a surcharge, we will contact you first. In the vast majority of cases, no additional cost would be incurred.
  A signature will be required on delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered to you. Delivery is undertaken by Royal Mail or Business Post.
  Re-delivery
  In the event of orders being returned to us by Royal Mail or Business Post due to incorrect delivery information having been submitted during the order process or due to the customer not organizing re-delivery/collection from the local depot, we are obliged to charge the customer for resending the parcel. The customer will be informed in advance.
  Returns
  We accept returns via Royal Mail Recorded post (red label) or Special Delivery (silver label).
  On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods which we have delivered to you. If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged we will meet the cost of return and (at your option) we will replace or exchange such goods or we will refund to you the price you paid for the goods plus the delivery charge. In all other circumstances, we will exchange the goods or refund you the amount which you paid for the goods (provided the return is made within 7 days of receipt of your order), but we will not refund any costs to return the goods to us or the original delivery and handling charges. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights which you have as a consumer.
  Exchanges
  In the event that a customer orders the wrong size/colour, we will exchange for the correct size/product but are obliged to charge for re-delivery at cost price.
  Where you cancel this Agreement because you think that the Goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery please either return with proof of purchase or to Jadeshoes.co.uk, Internet Sales, 30 St Stephens Street, Norwich, NR1 3SH in the following manner:-
  • Goods must be adequately sealed in the original packaging. Please note that the Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped
  • Goods must be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery (red label)
  • Enclose with goods to be returned information of surname and reason why goods are being returned
  • Please make sure that you have addressed the package clearly with the Jade head office address
  • Make sure that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package (the Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates)
  • We must be notifed in advance by email that goods are being returned
Please note that, unless the Goods which you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
